Operator and tribal lending identity
MyNextDayCash.com is owned and operated by FSST Financial Services, LLC, doing business as MB Marketing. It is a tribal lending entity wholly owned by the Flandreau Santee Sioux Tribe. The site’s Terms identify the Tribe as a federally recognized Indian tribe and describe lending operations within its reservation.
The Terms & Conditions set out the site’s jurisdiction and dispute provisions. Read those provisions as part of the agreement; a tribal affiliation does not tell you the cost, suitability or approval outcome of a particular loan.
Direct lending and matching are different routes
The Terms describe a direct-lending route through FSST Financial Services, LLC, dba MB Marketing, and a loan-matching route when the operator cannot facilitate a request. Information can be shared with participating lenders as described in the Terms and Privacy Policy.
A participating lender makes its own qualification decision. If you are redirected to another lender, identify that company and read its agreement and privacy terms. Do not assume that every offer is funded, priced or serviced by MyNextDayCash.
The application page uses an externally provided online form. Review the disclosures presented with that form before submitting personal information. Read the site Privacy Policy and the matching section of the Terms.
