When can your loan reach your bank?

Next-day funding means the next business day after the required approval and loan steps are complete. Submitting a request starts the process; it is not a deposit confirmation.

Six steps between a request and a deposit

  1. Submit a request. Choose the amount you need and complete the application. An amount selected on the home page is a request, not an approved amount.
  2. Complete verification. Application details, income, bank information and prior loan history may need to be checked. Missing or inconsistent information can extend this stage.
  3. Receive a decision and offer. Approval, the amount offered and the repayment terms depend on the review. A decision alone does not mean a transfer has been sent.
  4. Read and accept the agreement. Confirm the lender’s name, finance charge, APR, due dates and total repayment. Complete any remaining documentation.
  5. The lender releases funds. Ask the lender whether the transfer has actually been initiated and which business day it was sent.
  6. Your bank posts the credit. MyNextDayCash describes electronic ACH/EFT deposits. The receiving bank’s processing can affect when the money is available.

What “next business day” means around a weekend

The FAQ describes funding generally on the next business day after approval, excluding bank holidays and weekends. The examples below illustrate that wording; they do not predict a particular application’s deposit date. Remaining verification, acceptance and transfer requirements still matter.

Illustrative business-day timing
If the required steps finish…Next business day in a week without a bank holidayWhat to confirm
MondayTuesdayThat the agreement is complete and the lender has released the transfer.
ThursdayFridayWhether a transfer deadline or outstanding check changes the release date.
FridayMondayWhether Monday is a bank holiday and when the transfer was sent.
Saturday or SundayProcessing must first be confirmed on a business dayDo not assume that a weekend request is approved, released or deposited on Monday.

There is no universal cutoff time stated here. A deadline used by another lender should not be treated as the deadline for your application.

If the money has not arrived

Before a transfer is confirmed

Check for requests for information, an unsigned agreement or an offer that has not been accepted. Ask which stage is incomplete rather than submitting repeated applications.

After a transfer is confirmed

Ask for the release date and available transfer reference. Check with your bank about incoming ACH/EFT posting. Use the contact details in the agreement for the lender handling that loan.

For help identifying the right contact, see MyNextDayCash support. Do not send passwords, a full Social Security number or full bank-account details by ordinary email.

Timing is only one part of the decision

Compare the deposit you need with the repayment you can afford. A next-day loan can still carry a high finance charge. Read the payday cost examples and the full Rates & Terms before accepting an offer. If the expected timing does not solve your need, consider whether an extension from the bill provider or another available source of funds is more suitable.
