Direct product availability

Check the published state exclusions

Choose a state to compare it with the direct product’s published exclusion list.

This tool checks the direct-loan exclusions only. A state not listed is not confirmation of availability, licensing, eligibility or approval; a matched lender has its own terms and availability. Your choice stays on this page.

Arkansas, Colorado, Georgia, Kansas, Massachusetts, Maryland, Missouri, New Hampshire, New York, Pennsylvania, Washington and West Virginia.

Know the route before you apply

Published Terms describe two lending paths

The MyNextDayCash Terms describe a direct loan path and a separate Loan Matching Service. The lender, agreement, state availability and information-use terms depend on which path applies. Read the current request form’s own disclosures to confirm the route for your request.

Direct loan

FSST Financial Services, LLC, dba MB Marketing

The Terms identify FSST Financial Services as the site’s direct lender. They say the direct borrower receives MyNextDayCash e-signature documents and that the posted Terms and Privacy Policy apply to that direct loan.

The direct Terms identify the Flandreau Santee Sioux Tribe’s law and jurisdiction. Read the complete Terms and the specific agreement; this statement does not identify the terms for a matched loan.

Separate matching service

Another lender may receive the request

The Terms say a request that the direct lender cannot facilitate may be directed to the Loan Matching Service, which can connect applicants with participating lenders. The site does not say every matched offer is tribal.

Before submitting personal or banking details, review the application’s current disclosures. Confirm the lender’s name, product, privacy terms and agreement before deciding whether to accept.

Review information-sharing terms

A tribal affiliation describes the named lender’s structure. It does not, by itself, tell you which product a matching service will present or what its repayment schedule will be.

Review the terms of the offer

Check the repayment structure in the actual offer

Direct terms show short-term examples

The published direct Terms show one-payment examples due 8–31 days after the loan. They also say the number of payments, APR and schedule can vary. Do not assume a tribal loan is an installment loan: check the exact payment dates and amount in your agreement.

Match the request to what you can repay

Before accepting, compare the amount received with the finance charge, APR, total repayment and every due date. The direct Terms’ examples cover $100–$500; the FAQ says requests are generally $100–$1,000. Do not treat an example as a quote for your request.

Compare the published cost examples

Keep credit-review claims route-specific

The FAQ says the direct application information does not use the three major traditional credit bureaus. It separately says participating lenders may check credit or specialty databases. That does not guarantee approval or mean every route uses the same review.

Read the application and credit-check FAQ

Before you sign: Find the lender and servicing contact, payment schedule, authorization for any account debits, and the section on governing terms and disputes. Save the agreement and use its contact details if a payment or withdrawal needs to be discussed.

For questions about the direct product, use the contact details in the Contact page and the agreement. For a matched offer, confirm the issuing lender and its servicing contact in that lender’s documents.

Your next step

Review the disclosures before sending details

Check the state list, open the application disclosures, and confirm who receives your information. If an offer appears, identify the lender and review its full cost, payment schedule and governing terms before accepting.

Continue to the online request

Starting a request is not approval or a loan agreement. You can review an offer before deciding whether to accept it.
